As always when my First Lady preaches, she delivers a message that is both profound and timely. Today I was reminded that I am a “Kings kid.” In other words,  I am a child of the most high God and He wants the best for me. Most importantly, all I have to do is pray, announce and watch God  perform in my life. 
I also was reminded that in life we all go through tough periods (also known as seasons) and it’s important to understand and grow from them. Now,  that Spring is here, we all look forward to warmer weather, flowers budding and what was once dead,  made alive again. Just like the change in weather is taking place,  a change in your situation is taking place for the better.
We need to get to a point where we begin to not only speak what we want,  but believe we can have what we want too. This is the season where God will set up and set down. Whatever it is you need in this new season,  step out on Faith. Lastly when you do,  don’t bring any old thoughts into your new season, or no more “stinky thinking” as First Lady said!
