Singer Demi Lovato looked very chíc in a black and white crochet scalloped shorts outfit by Sister Jane in New York this past  Thursday for the Today Show. I love that she added a pair of  white stilettos for extra height and her all black bag by Saint Laurent was perfect in completing her look.
