I really enjoyed service at church today! We had a great time ushering in the Spirit and hearing the promises of God spoken through our Bishop. Outside of feeling the presence of God, I felt empowered when I heard my Bishop say, “Your background doesn’t have to be your conclusion.”
I think often when we are down and out and been through trial after trial in life, we begin to feel like their isn’t any hope. As if the deliverance we keep holding out for, will never come. It is important to know no matter what it looks like, God is with you every step of the way.
When it comes to trials, in order to get to the good, you must get through the bad. This may involve you loosing things and people from your life. However, when it’s all said and done, everything that had to happen, will now put you in position for greater.
No matter what you face in life, know that this is your test and you were built for it. Remember, no weapon formed against you shall prosper. It didn’t then and it won’t now. Be blessed!
