Victoria Beckham for Target Collaboration

This past Sunday was the reveal of Victoria Beckham’s collobration with Target in store and it was pretty cool! Prior to hitting my local Target I checked out Beckham’s designs online so I had an idea of what I would be seeing. I definitely think that the clothes online did not do the items in store justice! Being able to view the merchandise in person allows you to try it on and most importantly, feel what the fabrication is like.
The collection itself was a nice welcome into Spring providing fresh colors that popped along with prints that brought about the beauty of Nature. Even though I appreciated the ode to Nature,  I’m not a fan of having insects on my clothes and neither was Olivia. She wasnt feeling the bee print and if I had to choose, I would have gone with a ladybug since they don’t sting or chase after you!

In my final observation, I liked how there were “mommy and me” outfits and could definetly see Beckham and her daughter Harper rocking a few of the styles. Especially the ones with the scalloped details. As for me, I got to try on only one dress that Olivia and I could wear together, however it was a little to short and theses hips were not made for the style. I would have tried on a couple more coordinated pieces, however the baby was crying non stop until I picked him up!
Overall, I love Beckham’s style. Kudos for her making her line affordable (price range $6-$70) and in plus sizes going up to a 3X! I did think the kids line was more enjoyable then the women’s, although the fit was about true to size. My daughter however, had to go down two sizes for fit because of how generous the cuts were and she is already tiny (she is almost 5 years old and would have needed a 3T). Nonetheless, below are a few pieces that I thought were adorable on my Muffins.

This last one is my favorite! I may have to order online since her size was not available in store.  What do you think?
