I just love my African printed skirt my baby sis got me for Christmas! I have always wanted my own African printed outfit and over the years I have worn my mom’s old pieces. Although this is not true Kente cloth material, I love the print!
I actually have some cloth that I am waiting to get an outfit sewn out of and I can’t wait! Ultimately, I would want matching pieces sewn for the entire family. I figured just because I am not fluent in my mom’s language, it doesn’t mean I can’t look like a native and dress the part! ?
